We are excited to announce that alongside the seven awards we won for our ciders in the summer, we have been shortlisted for two further prizes by The Taste of the West; our farm shop is in the running for Best Farm Shop in the South West; and our Vintage Cider is up for Champion Cider! The winners will be announced in November so keep your fingers crossed and watch out for an update soon.
The Taste of the West Awards promote and support the South West food and drink industry by hosting its prestigious awards programme annually. Each year they work with about 350 food and drink producers who enter their products into the awards programme, with all products and venues thoroughly tasted and explored by their panel of industry experts.
The whole team here at Rich’s Cider were absolutely thrilled to be shortlisted and we are looking forward to hearing the results in the next few weeks!
Update 9/11/2023:
We are proud to announce that our Rich’s Vintage Cider was named overall “Champion Cider” at the Taste of the West finals in Devon.
The Rich’s family attended the awards ceremony at Sandy Park, Exeter, where they were delighted to receive the award. We would like to thank our team for their continued hard work and commitment in helping us produce our multi-award winning ciders.
