Dogs are allowed in the outside seating areas, but are not allowed in any of the buildings

Visit Rich’s Cider Farm where we serve you locally produced, freshly cooked food, daily in our ‘open plan’ kitchen. Here you can watch our cooks busy baking homemade cakes, desserts, pies and all our daily roasts & specials. As supporters of local farmers and producers we aim to provide you with a ‘True Taste of Somerset’.

Weekday Bookings

For tables of 1-7 guests, you can instantly book a table if the time slot is available, just look for the sign instant book and follow the instructions to book.

However, if this isn’t showing for the time you would like you are able to send us an enquiry, a member of our team will then get back to you. If you send an us an enquiry, please note you are not yet booked in please wait for a member of our team to contact you to confirm or offer you an alternative time slot.

Large Bookings

When booking a table of 8 or more people we require card details to confirm your booking. No money is taken from your card unless you fail to attend your booking without informing us beforehand, if we’ve been informed beforehand then no money will be taken from your card. In the unlikely event that we are not informed of a cancellation you will be charged £5 party member.

Sunday Bookings

Please note ALL Sunday booking requests are sent through as enquiries, you are not booked in, your booking will not be confirmed until you have heard from a member of our team and completed the authentication link sent to you.

If you would like to know If a time is available straight away, we recommend calling us on 01278 794537 and we will be happy to help.

We now require all Sunday bookings to complete our authentication link before the booking can be confirmed, no money is taken from you, the request is not for a deposit, it’s basically a holding fee that if you fail to attend without letting us know prior to your booking we will then request the money. Therefore, if you cancel online or give us a call to cancel your table no money will be taken.

We have had to put this in place as lots of tables have not been turning up and not letting us know beforehand. Sadly, we cannot afford for this to continue so we would appreciate it if you can complete the authentication link sent across to you, failure to complete the link will mean your booking is not confirmed and may be cancelled.

Booking time – please make note of the time slot for your booking, you will receive an email with your start and end time of your table, you must arrive at the start time, not any time during the period you have booked. We allow a 15-minute grace period however this will cut into your time you have on the table. We kindly ask for the table back after your time slot so we can accommodate the next booking.
